Advisory committees (“DSW Fachausschüsse”)

The expertise of the different thematic advisory committees in Deutsches Studentenwerk is an indispensible part of the work of the Studentenwerke. The committees draw up and evaluate key topics of the Studentenwerke's work for the respective field and use their expertise to advise the relevant organs.

There are currently ten committees on issues such as student housing, dining services, advisory and counselling services, study financing, international affairs, and much more. The committees are made up of people working in the Studentenwerke on all levels and usually at least two student representatives.
